Thank you for your interest in my book "Get Over It" Surviving Grief to Live Again. I wrote this book for three reasons. Number one was to help me cope and survive my losses over the last few years. Number two was to help you, the bereaved by creating a resource-filled tool. Number three was to help those who may be supporting a friend or a family member with his/her grief journey. I would like everyone to read this book before experiencing any type of loss whether it is death, divorce, career loss, loss of country, or any loss that the person requires support to cope and heal. I believe that If we are able to deal with our dying then we can really live our life to the fullest. Through the process of journaling and writing this book despite the roadblocks that were in my path, I chose to turn my sorrows into gifts.
